Class 3: Up to 20-day incarceration
Class 2: Up to 60-day incarceration
Class 1: Up to 120-day incarceration
Class A1: Up to 150-day incarceration
Class I: Up to 12-24 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class H: Up to 25-39 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class G: Up to 31-47 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class F: Up to 41-59 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class E: Up to 63-88 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
At this level, no possibility of a split sentence (probation and a second choice (jail, electronic monitoring, substance abuse treatment, etc), you must serve an active sentence
Class D: Up to 160-204 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class C: Up to 182-231 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class B2: Up to 393- 484 months in the Adult Department of Corrections
Class B1: Up to Life Without Parole
Class A: Death Penalty or Life Without Parole
